By visiting and accessing this Website, purchasing any Products or using any Services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

Please read both carefully as they set out your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, please leave the website immediately and do not engage in or with any of its content, Products or Services.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the content on this Website (including but not limited to the products, services, recordings & audio-visual materials, documents, slogans, graphics, logos, icons and images) are owned by Imagination Spa or our licensors and are protected by copyright.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.  We accept payment by credit/debit cards and PayPal. Full payment in Pounds Sterling is required at the time that you place any order.

You are responsible for any banking charges relating to the payment as well as any other taxes that may be payable in your country of residence or the country to which the goods are being shipped, including any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Product or Service and we reserve the right to decline your offer for any reason including if, for instance, we have identified a pricing error or are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

Your Account

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information which you provide when you register is true, accurate and current in all respects. See our Privacy Policy regarding the treatment of your personal information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by you howsoever caused in connection with i) your use of or reliance on any of our Products or Services and/or ii) any breach of security in regard to your personal data unless this is due to our wilful default.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

BOUTIQUE TERMS

Orders

All products in the Boutique are made to order, ensuring uniqueness and quality.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We will notify you by email as soon as we have processed your order and received full payment.

Shipping and Delivery

There are no shipping charges for orders where products are to be delivered to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe.

Approximate delivery times are stated in the product listing on the website and vary based on product type and delivery location. While we strive to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason unless the item is defective in which case you must return the item in the condition it was received.

The return address is shown on the delivery slip and must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, along with a note stating why it is defective. On receipt and inspection of the item, we will email you with notification of your entitlement to a refund

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

COACHING TERMS

A. Individuals

Services Provided

We provide transformative life coaching, executive coaching, mentoring, and workshops, including one-on-one sessions and group programs, focused on personal and professional growth.

We offer a variety of coaching packages and recurring services to suit individual client needs. Packages may include multiple sessions over a set period; while recurring services are designed for ongoing support.

The coaching provided is not counselling or therapy. It is a process where the coach acts as a partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative manner that inspires and maximises their personal and professional potential.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information which you provide is true, accurate and current in all respects.

You are expected to attend the sessions on the date and at the time mutually arranged. Non-attendance or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in you forfeiting that session.

Coaching is a collaborative, client-centred process. Success depends on the client’s commitment, openness, and follow-through on agreed-upon actions. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice (e.g., legal, financial, medical).

Session Scheduling and Duration

The sessions will take place either in person (at an agreed location) or virtually (by Zoom, phone etc.).

Standard session lengths are between 15 and 90 minutes, depending on the chosen service package.

Clients purchasing packages or recurring services are encouraged to schedule sessions in advance to ensure availability. Sessions can be scheduled at mutually convenient times.

Package sessions must be used within the time frame specified on the package from the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire, and no refunds will be issued for expired sessions.

Payment and Fees

Full payment for individual sessions is due upon booking.

Where instalment payments are offered you are responsible for payment of all the instalments, whether or not the package is completed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Individual Sessions – Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full session fee.

Packages and Recurring Services – For clients enrolled in packages or recurring services, rescheduling must follow the same notice requirement. If a session is cancelled late or missed, it will count as a completed session.

Confidentiality

All client sessions are confidential.

Any information you provide will be held in strictest confidence and any notes taken will be held in private files and kept secure unless disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching or training sessions, including, recordings & audio-visual materials worksheets, tools, and exercises, are owned by Imagination Spa and protected by copyright.

These materials are intended for your personal use only and may not be copied, duplicated, reproduced, distributed or used either in part or in whole.

Termination of Services

Client Termination – You may terminate your coaching package at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund and payment of the full fee must be made by you.

B. Businesses

Terms to be agreed and supplied on a project-by-project basis.

AUDIO/VISUAL TERMS

Orders

We will notify you by email as soon as we have processed your order and received full payment. The email will contain a link for you to download or provide access to the product.

Terms of Sale

Under the laws of England and Wales, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days, but you lose the right to cancel if you download the audio recordings within that time period.

Subject only to that particular right of cancellation, all sales are final, and no refunds are available.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials including recordings, audio-visual materials, worksheets, tools and exercises are owned by Imagination Spa and protected by copyright.

We grant you a licence to listen to and/or download the relevant recordings, audio-visual materials, worksheets, tools and exercises onto your computers and portable devices for your personal use only.

You may not further sell, copy, distribute, duplicate, reproduce, give away, permit or allow any other person or third party to use or listen to recordings, audio-visual materials, worksheets, tools and exercises or any part of them.

NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT WHILST DRIVING OR OPERATING MACHINERY OR IN ANY SITUATION WHERE IT IS NOT SAFE TO RELAX.
