Terms of Sale
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Product.
We reserve the absolute right to decline your offer including if, for instance, we have identified a pricing error or are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
All payments must be paid in Pounds Sterling and the listed prices are inclusive of VAT. You are responsible for any banking charges relating to the payment along with any other taxes that may be payable in your country of residence.
We will notify you by email as soon as we have processed your order and received full payment. The email will contain a link for you to download your Product.
Please note that we grant you a licence to listen to and/or download the relevant audio recordings onto your computers and portable devices for your personal use only. You may not further sell, copy, distribute, duplicate, reproduce, give away, permit or allow any other person or third party to use or listen to the audio recording or any parts of them.
Under the laws of England and Wales, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days but you lose the right to cancel if you download the audio recordings within that time period. Subject only to that particular right of cancellation, all sales are final and no refunds are available.
